Schools closed Tomorrow (November 6th): As schools resume regular classes this week, some states are in for another holiday. Tomorrow, November 6th, will be a holiday in some states due to voting in the Bihar Assembly elections and a fair in a district in Uttar Pradesh. Find out which states will have schools closed on Thursday and the situation in rain-affected areas.

The first phase of voting will take place tomorrow in Bihar. Voting will cover 121 assembly seats. Seventeen districts have declared an official holiday for schools in anticipation of the voting. Some schools were already closed today for Guru Nanak Jayanti, and will remain closed if they are included in the list of 17 districts.

Bulandshahr, Anupshahr’s Kartik Purnima Fair:

The Kartik Purnima Fair in Anupshahr, where devotees will enjoy the historic Ganga Snan Mela. Known for its religious significance and promotion of social harmony, thousands of devotees and tourists participate annually.

The fair also provides substantial income to local merchants and shopkeepers. The traditional Lakhmi Kartik Purnima Ganga Snan Mela has begun in Anupshahr, Bulandshahr district, Uttar Pradesh.
