Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has declared a public holiday on November 25, not November 24, to mark the 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib. Schools will function normally on November 24 unless an AQI emergency arises.

Southern States (Cyclone/Rain Alert): While a low-pressure area is likely to intensify into a depression (potentially Cyclone Senyar) over the Bay of Bengal around November 24, no blanket school holiday has been officially declared for all districts in the southern states yet.

Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued warnings for heavy rainfall in isolated places in these states. District administrations will monitor local conditions and may announce last-minute school closures.
