TS TET 2024: The Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET 2024) application procedure began today by the Hyderabad Department of School Education. The TS TET exam date 2024 has also been confirmed; it will be held from May 20 to June 3.
Candidates who wish to take the eligibility test must submit their application form on the official website, tstet2024.aptonline.in/tstet/, or at schooledu.telangana.gov.in by April 10. Candidates who want to teach in Telangana's state government schools, Mandal Parishad, Zilla Parishad schools, private aided schools, and private unaided schools must take an eligibility exam.
Any applicants with DElEd, DEd, BEd, language pandit, or similar qualifications, as well as students in their last year of study, are qualified to take the test. Those who have previously taken the TET exam and want to improve their grades will be permitted to take it again.
The TS TET 2024 exam will be administered in 11 districts across the state between May 20 and June 3. The exam will be divided into two sessions: 9 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
The registration price for appearing in one paper is Rs 1,000, while those seeking to appear in both papers 1 and 2 must pay Rs 2,000. The TS TET paper 1 determines ability to teach classes 1–5, while paper 2 determines eligibility to teach courses 6–8.
