UCEED 2024: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Bombay) has announced the UCEED results on its official website, uceed.iitb.ac.in. According to the exam authority's schedule, students will be able to retrieve their CEED and UCEED scores beginning March 11. The UCEED 2024 scorecard will be valid for a year.
The average and standard deviation for UCEED 2024 Part-A are 43.91 and 23.03, respectively. Students who complete the UCEED 2024 exam will be eligible for admission to BDes programs at Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and other collaborating colleges. All applicants who wish to apply for admission to BDes programs at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur must first pass the UCEED 2024 exam.
The examination authority will begin counselling for students who pass the UCEED 2024 from March 14 to March 31. Students who meet the cut-off criterion must register on the official website and pay a registration fee of Rs 4,000 for UCCED 2024 counselling. The first allotment list for UCEED 2024 will be issued on April 10.
The examination body stated that seats given to foreign nationals are supernumerary, with a ceiling of 10% of the total available seats in the program, in order of merit. Candidates holding OCI/PIO cards issued on or before March 4, 2021, will be considered for open category seats.
UCEED 2024: Rank list
IIT Bombay will provide ranks to all shortlisted candidates. The rank list for UCEED 2024 will be based on the total marks received in Parts A and B. If the total marks earned by two or more candidates are equal, the following tie-breaking criteria will be utilized to assign ranks:
- A higher rank will be granted to the candidate who received higher marks in Part B.
- If the tie remains, the higher rank will be granted to the candidate who has received better marks in Section 2 of Part A.
- If the criteria (i) and (ii) do not break the tie, the applicant with the better marks in Section 1 of Part-A will be assigned a higher rank.
-If there is a tie after this, both applicants will be assigned the same rank.
How to check the UCEED result 2024?
To check the CEED 2024 result, candidates can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the official website: uceed.iitb.ac.in/2024.
Step 2: On the homepage, click the 'UCEED 2024 Result' link.
Step 3: On the next page, click the 'login' button and enter your registered email address and password.
Step 4: The results will be shown.
