JE Education Desk: Under the Malaviya Mission: Teacher Training (MMTT) Programme, the University Grants Commission (UGC) will train 15 lakh professors between 2023–2025. Through 111 Malaviya mission teacher training centres spread around the nation, the commission will deliver the training.

To reach out to all faculty members, the UGC will organize two programs in a month with 400 participants who will be trained in eight subjects by the best national specialists. Faculty will obtain an online certificate after completion.

Under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the training is being held. NEP 2020's orientation and sensitization program will last eight days and include two live, 90-minute online sessions.
