UPSC CDS 2 Result 2025: The Union Public Service Commission, UPSC is all set to announce the result of the UPSC Combined Defence Services, CDS 2 Examination 2025 on their official website. Those students who have appeared for the written examination will be able to check their result by visiting the website and by using their login credentials. The results can be checked at upsc.gov.in.

UPSC CDS 2 Result 2025: Exam Details

The Union Public Service Commission conducted the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2025 on September 14, 2025 across the country. The written examination was conducted in three different sessions- first examination session took place from 9:00 am to 11:00 am whereas the second examination session took place from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm and third examination session took place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

The students should note that there will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for every wrong answer marked by them in the Objective Type Question Papers. This recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 453 vacancies in the organisation by conducting this recruitment examination.

Next Steps:

The Union Public Service Commission shall prepare a list of students who obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the written examination as fixed by the Commission to qualify for the next round of the recruitment. Those candidates who will be announced successful in the written examination will be detailed for intelligence and personality tests at the ServiceSelection Board.

Step 1. Students must visit the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in to check their result.

Step 2. There will be a link for the UPSC CDS 2 Result 2025 available on the home page.

Step 3. A new page will open on the screen where students will be required to enter their login credentials.

Step 4. Click on submit and your UPSC CDS 2 Result 2025 will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5. Check the results carefully and download the page for future reference.
