UPSC Civil Services Exam Notification Postponed: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has postponed the release of the notification for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2026 & Indian Forest Services (IFS). The notification for the Indian Forest Service Examination, 202,6 has also been delayed. According to the official 2026 exam calendar, these notifications were scheduled to be released today, January 14, but have been delayed due to "administrative reasons.

When Will the Commission Release The Notification?
The UPSC, in its announcement, mentioned that the release date for both the notifications will be announced soon on the official website upsc.gov.in.
"The Notification of Civil Services Examination, 2026, and Indian Forest Service Examination, 2026, scheduled to be notified on 14.01.2026, has now been postponed due to administrative reasons and the same will be notified in due course", the official notice by UPSC.
The recruitment or examination notification will contain key details about the registration dates, their processes, examination details, eligibility, and several other important criteria.
