UPSC ESE 2024 Prelims Result: The preliminary test results for the Union Public Service Commission's (UPSC) Engineering Services test (UPSC ESE 2024) have been released. The UPSC ESE Mains 2024 test will take place on June 23, the commission has announced along with the results. The list of candidates selected for the next round of exams is released on the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.
Five positions for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) out of a total of around 167 will be filled through the UPSC ESE 2024. Four categories will be used to recruit the chosen candidates: mechanical, electrical, civil, electronics and telecommunication engineering.
One week before to the exam date, the UPSC ESE admit card for the Mains exam will be distributed. The commission further stated that requests to alter the main exam location will not be taken into consideration.
On working days, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the UPSC hotline will be open in person or by phone at (011)-23388088, 23385271/23381125, or 2398543, which can be obtained at this counter. Additionally, they should be aware that using a cell phone within the UPSC office is prohibited.
“Candidates are also informed that marks and cut-off marks of Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2024 will be uploaded on the Commission’s website i.e., https://upsc.gov.in after the entire process of the Engineering Services Examination, 2024 is over i.e. after the declaration of the final result (after the conduct of Personality Test) of the Engineering Services Examination, 2024,” the official notice reads.
