The UPSSSC PET 2025 exam pattern is an objective-type, multiple-choice test with 100 questions, a 2-hour duration, and 100 total marks. Each correct answer is worth 1 mark, while each incorrect answer results in a penalty of ¼ mark for negative marking.

After the UPSSSC PET result is released, the Commission will also release a cut-off list. Based on this cut-off, candidates will be eligible to appear in the Mains Exam for Group B and C.

According to sources, the commission has already released the provisional answer key for the exam. Therefore, it is likely that the UPSSSC PET Result 2025 will be declared by mid-November. Before releasing the results, the Commission will release the final answer key and then prepare the merit list of candidates. Once the result link is activated, candidates will be able to download the results using their registration number.

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission conducted the Preliminary Eligibility Test in objective type mode for a total of 100 questions and time duration to complete the exam was 2 hours.
