UPTET 2025 Schedule Out: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has officially released the examination schedule for UPTET 2025, marking a significant milestone for aspiring teachers across the state. The Teacher Eligibility Test will be conducted on January 29 and 30, 2026, providing candidates ample time for preparation and application processes.
In a comprehensive announcement, UPESSC has also revealed the examination dates for Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) and Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) recruitment. The PGT examination is scheduled for October 15-16, 2025, while the TGT examination will take place on December 18-19, 2025. This synchronized approach allows candidates to plan their preparation strategy effectively across multiple teaching positions.
The UPTET 2025 will follow the traditional two-paper format, with Paper 1 designed for candidates aspiring to teach primary classes (1-5) and Paper 2 for those targeting upper primary classes (6-8). Successful PGT candidates will be eligible to teach classes 11-12, while TGT qualifiers can teach classes 6-10. The official notification and application forms will be available on updeled.gov.in, with detailed guidelines expected in the coming weeks.

UPTET is the eligibility test for teaching jobs in Uttar Pradesh. The exam is scheduled for January 29-30, 2026, conducted in two shifts daily.
