Zamit, an AI-enabled one-stop solution provider for the school ecosystem, has collaborated with The Future Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation committed to shaping the future by supporting schools in empowering students and teachers with skills to thrive in the 21st century. The Future Foundation has committed a sum of Rs 40 lacs to sponsor schools signing up for the future readiness programmes offered by Zamit before March 31, 2024. The Future Foundation will sponsor 100 per cent of the total fee on behalf of the school. This will facilitate Zamit in reaching a large number of schools across India and equip schools with the necessary tools and resources to foster the development of students in future readiness.

The initiative also provides scholarships to students and grants to teachers for conducting original research. The scholarships provided will contribute to these students' academic pursuits and enable them to develop essential 21st-century skills, aligning with Zamit's Nine Dimensions for Students (ZQ) and Teachers (TERM).

Not only students but teachers too benefit from grants offered by The Future Foundation as the latter will be encouraged to conduct original research in Skills and Knowledge Integrated Learning domains. These research initiatives are designed to enrich the educational landscape and contribute to the evolution of teaching excellence, in line with Zamit's commitment to providing holistic education.

Abhijeet Mukherjee, CEO of Zamit, expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, "In the last three years Zamit met multiple school leaders, educationists, students and parents and the common challenge that each one faced was that while they were doing a lot to integrate skills with knowledge, there was no tool to measure this process. Thus, Zamit, in collaboration with QAI, UK brings to schools an international framework and a researched based programme to address this gap. In addition, under NEP 2020, every school is required to create opportunities for innovative educational technologies, platforms and digital resources that can enhance teaching methodologies and student engagement. This partnership will help schools align with NEP 2020 and create those opportunities for their teachers and students affordably. At Zamit, we believe in the transformative power of education.

"This collaboration with The Future Foundation allows us to extend our reach and impact, ensuring that deserving students and dedicated teachers receive the support they need to thrive. With this move, we also aim to empower teachers to shape Gen Z and Gen Alpha as responsible, global citizens. This collaboration will enable schools to access our state-of-the-art solutions, ensuring that students receive a holistic and future-ready education. The progarmmes are mapped to NEP 2020 and the IB learner profile, but are relevant for every student to equip them with skills for success in the future," further added.

The Future Foundation's sponsorship initiative is a testament to its commitment to fostering educational excellence. By supporting schools in adopting Zamit's future readiness programs, the foundation aims to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and mindset required to excel in an increasingly complex and dynamic world.

This collaboration exemplifies the shared commitment of Zamit and The Future Foundation to create a brighter future by investing in the education and development of students and teachers. By providing scholarships and sponsoring future-readiness programmes, they are collectively shaping a more inclusive and empowered generation.

To meet its objectives, The Future Foundation offers training and awareness programmes, extends scholarships, incubates creative and innovative ideas, undertakes research, and develops learning and support materials.
