Lok Sabha Elections 2024: World's biggest democratic exercise is set to commence on April 19, with political parties gearing up their poll campaigning. Amid these proceedings, a significant trend within Indian politics can be noted that numerous former bureaucrats are transitioning into political roles.

This shift is evident as many have resigned from their positions or entered politics post-retirement.
