Deori (Madhya Pradesh) Assembly Election 2023: Madhya Pradesh will have elections for the 230 Assembly constituencies on November 17, 2023. On December 3, 2023, the election results will be made public.

Deori is a Madhya Pradesh state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha seat that is part of the Damoh Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Deori is located in Madhya Pradesh's Sagar district and Vindhya Pradesh region. It is classified as a rural seat.

The seat has a total of 1,97,362 voters, with 1,04,635 male voters and 92,724 female voters. Deori had a voter turnout of 74.39 per cent in the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections. Turnout was 72.53 per cent in 2013, and 69.57 per cent in 2008.

Deori Assembly Election 2018 and 2013

INC won this seat in the 2018 Assembly elections with 70,099 (47.48 per cent) votes.

Harsh Yadav of the INC won the seat by a margin of 22,080 votes (16.13 per cent) in 2013. Harsh Yadav received 52 per cent of the votes cast.

In the 2008 Assembly elections, the BJP won this seat by a margin of 11,505 votes (10.8 per cent), registering 38.31 per cent of the total votes cast.
