Malayalam-language black comedy mystery thriller film that has been making waves in the cinematic world. Helmed by the talented director M.C. Jithin and penned by the creative duo Libin T.B and Athul Ramachandran, the film is a joint production of Happy Hours Entertainments and AVA Productions.

Sookshmadarshini is now streaming on Zee5.

Barroz

Barroz, adapted from Jijo Punnoose's novel Barroz: Guardian of D'Gama's Treasure, boasts a talented team of creatives. The screenplay is brought to life with dialogues penned by Kalavoor Ravikumar, while the original score was composed by Mark Kilian. The film's songs were crafted by a trio of talented musicians: Lydian Nadhaswaram, Fernando Guerreiro, and Miguel Guerreiro. The cinematic vision was captured by the renowned Santosh Sivan, with B. Ajithkumar expertly editing the saga.

The Malayalam film, strategically released on December 25 to coincide with the festive Christmas holiday season, is proudly produced by Antony Perumbavoor's esteemed production house, Aashirvad Cinemas. Following its successful theatrical run, fans can look forward to streaming the film on Disney+ Hotstar.

Pushpa 2: The Rule

Pushpa 2: The Rule is a 2024 Telugu action drama film directed by Sukumar, starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil. The film follows Pushpa Raj, a sandalwood smuggler, as he faces opposition from enemies, including SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat IPS, in this sequel to Pushpa: The Rise (2021).

Although Netflix has been confirmed as the official OTT partner, streaming is expected to commence only after January 29, 2025, according to a report in Gadget 360.

Marco

The 2024 Malayalam-language action thriller film, Marco, is a cinematic endeavor that boasts an impressive ensemble cast and a talented crew. Directed by the acclaimed filmmaker Haneef Adeni, Marco is a joint production of Cubes Entertainments and Unni Mukundan Films. The film features a stellar cast, led by the versatile actor Unni Mukundan, who is accompanied by a talented group of actors, including Siddique, Jagadish, Abhimanyu S Thilakan, Kabir Duhan Singh, Anson Paul, and Yukti Tareja.

Netflix has acquired the digital rights for the Hindi version of Marco, according to a Mathrubhumi report. The film is expected to premiere on OTT around 45 days after its theatrical release on December 20, likely in late January or February, although an official announcement is pending.

According to a report by Mint, the film is expected to start streaming on Zee5 from January 17, 2025. This early OTT release will enable a wider audience reach, allowing fans to watch Vijay Sethupathi's performance from the comfort of their own homes, catering to the growing demand for convenient and accessible entertainment.
