The movie collected an impressive Rs 155 crore at the global box office. Now, after more than a month of its theatrical release, 'Aadujeevitham' is all set for its OTT release. Blessy’s Aadujeevitham is currently gearing up for its digital debut. According to reports, The Goat Life is all set to hit the theatres on May 10, 2024. However, the official announcement regarding the same is yet awaited.

The movie ‘Aadujeevitham’ features Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jimmy Jean-Louis, and K.R. Gokul in the main roles, with Talib Al Balushi, Rik Aby, Amala Paul, and Shobha Mohan in supporting roles. The film is banned in Khaleeji nations, except the UAE, similar to its source novel. Director Blessy, inspired to adapt ‘Aadujeevitham’ into a film after reading the novel in 2008, faced initial delays due to budget constraints and struggled to find a producer until 2015.

With Jimmy Jean-Louis and Steven Adams as co-producers and A.R. Rahman composed the music, and the project finally moved forward.A. R. Rahman composed the soundtrack for ‘Aadujeevitham’, his third Malayalam film. It features four songs and an instrumental, with lyrics by Rafeeq Ahamed. The audio was launched at a major event in Angamaly on March 10, 2024, with the cast and celebrities present. The promotional song ‘Hope’ was released on social media the same day, and the full soundtrack followed a week later.

Aadujeevitham stands as the fourth highest-grossing Malayalam film ever. Additionally, within the broader category of South Indian films, it holds the position of the fourth highest-grossing film this year. Moreover, ‘The Goat Life’ is counted among the top-grossing Indian films of 2024.
