Sandeep Vanga Reddy's 'Animal' featuring Ranbir Kapoor released on December 1, 2023, stirring significant attention in the online sphere. After its release, some viewers raised concerns, criticizing the film for its depiction of violence and bold themes. Recently, an older video resurfaced online, showcasing actor Aamir Khan expressing his views about the portrayal of s*x and violence in movies.
According to a report in Hindustan Times, Aamir Khan said in the viral video, "There are a few emotions jo bohut easy hote hain audience mein provoke karne k liye (that are very easy to provoke the audience with). These emotions are violence is one of them and s*x is another. These are two emotions which are most easy to provoke in a human being. If the directors are not so talented in creating a story, in showing emotions and creating situations, they (tend to) depend heavily on violence and s*x to make their films work."
