Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid Khan has been getting all the attention and love from social media due to his sober nature and handsome looks since he was spotted at his sister Ira Khan’s wedding. The star kid, who is currently preparing for his acting debut, was recently spotted outside the renowned Prithvi theatre in Mumbai, wearing heavy makeup. The new sensation of the B-town grabbed the attention as he was wearing a black t-shirt and shorts with heavy eye makeup.

Junaid posed for the paparazzi and had a candid chat with them. He said, “Abhi bhi makeup mein hu bhai log”. While feeling shy to pose for the cameras, Khan smiling said, “Mein nikal ke ata hun”. 

Junaid Khan will be making his acting debut with a film titled ‘Maharaja’ which will be streaming on Netflix. The movie also stars Jaideep Ahlawat, Sharvari Wagh, and Shalini Pandey in pivotal roles.  ‘Maharaja’ is a story inspired by the 1862 Maharaja Libel Case. The movie is said to be revolving around a religious leader who had inappropriate relationships with his female followers and sued the newspaper that reported it. As per reports, Junaid will be playing the role of a journalist.

Actress Shalini Pandey in an interview with News18 Showsha spoke about the film and her work experience with Junaid Khan and said, “Junaid is a very easy breezy human being. He’s a good co-actor to work with. I had a lot of fun working with him. We’re in the same age group, so we had a blast during the shoot. Maharaj is one of his first few projects and so is mine. That’s why we had a very similar energy on set.”

Notably, Junaid had training for two years in theatre at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in LA. He was also an assistant director on his father’s film PK.
