Aavesham Vs Varshangalkku Shesham Box Office Collection: Fahadh Faasil's Malayalam film reigns supreme, outpacing Dhyan Sreenivasan's 'Varshangalkku Shesham' in terms of collections. Aavesham maintained its strong performance during first and second week. Captivating audiences with its gripping narrative and stellar acting, the film is directed by Jithu Madhavan alongside Varshangalkku Shesham starring Dhyan Sreenivasan and Pranav Mohanlal. Despite their distinct storylines, both films have received considerable praise, with 'Aavesham' notably surpassing 'Varshangalkku Shesham' in box office performance.

In its inaugural week, Aavesham made a significant impact, generating an estimated net revenue of around Rs 30.45 crore within India. The action-comedy starring Fahadh Faasil has garnered widespread praise from both audiences and critics, solidifying its status as a Malayalam cinema blockbuster. It commenced its theatrical journey with an impressive opening, raking in Rs 3.26 crore on its first day. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, by the 14th day, 'Aavesham' had accumulated approximately Rs 2.60 crore net in India, entering the coveted Rs 50 Crore club. Currently, its total earnings stand at Rs 52.25 crore. The film had an overall 34.39% Malayalam Occupancy on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

Varshangalkku Shesham Box Office

Varshangalkku Shesham also enjoyed a strong start at the box office, pulling in an estimated net income of Rs 3.05 crore on its opening day in India. However, recent reports from the trade industry suggest a noticeable decline in its earnings, with approximately Rs 0.88 crore collected by its 14th day. Directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, the film explores the intertwined narratives of two friends, Murali and Venu, across different time periods. It has amassed a total of Rs 31.93 crore thus far. Boasting a star-studded ensemble cast including Kalyani Priyadarshan, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Basil Joseph, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Neeta Pillai, Nivin Pauly, and Pranav Mohanlal, the movie has garnered attention for its stellar performances and engaging storyline.

Murali and Venu, hailing from northern Kerala, find their lives unexpectedly intertwined, forging a deep bond between them. Their story unfurls as they chase their aspirations of fame in the film industry, transitioning from their hometown to Kodambakkam, Chennai. Along this journey, they encounter the daunting challenges of the industry. While one achieves acclaim and acknowledgment, the other encounters hurdles, straining their friendship to its limits.
