Ae Watan Mere Watan Twitter Review and Ratings: Sara Ali Khan starrer delves into the Indian Independence movement, centering on the journey of Usha Mehta, a 22-year-old college student from Bombay determined to aid India's liberation from British colonial rule. It highlights the pivotal role played by her clandestine radio station during the Quit India movement initiated by Mahatma Gandhi. Directed by Kannan Iyer, 'Ae Watan Mere Watan' features a screenplay by Iyer and Darab Farooqui. The film stars Sara Ali Khan in the lead role, supported by Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Shrivastav, Alexx O'Neil, and Anand Tiwari in key roles. Notably, Emraan Hashmi delivers a remarkable performance as Ram Manohar Lohia, a character that's not to be missed.
Following the release of the film, netizens took social media to share their opinions. While some praised it as the young actor's finest performance yet, others held a different view. A user wrote, "It's sad to see important stories like #AeWatanMereWatan getting ruined due to a terrible lead performer. These are powerful stories that need good performers to bring them alive. Pls stop shoving these nepo kids down our throats @amazonIN @DharmaMovies." Another added, "#AeWatanMereWatan : Sara Ali Khan plays a young freedom fighter in Ae Watan Mere Watan and this unheard tale of an unsung hero deserves your time, and love.
#SaraAliKhan."
A third comment read, "A moving tribute to Usha Mehta's greatness, #AeWatanMereWatan sheds light on India's fight for independence. #SaraAliKhan shines as Usha, while #EmraanHashmi surprises as Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia. Solid performances from the supporting cast elevate the film, though technical aspects could be refined. Nevertheless, it's a powerful reminder of the resilience of Indian freedom fighters. Authentic production design and attention to detail add to the film's authenticity. Overall, a must-watch for its tribute to unsung heroes and India's journey to independence. #VandeMataram."

#SaraAliKhan is a terrible actor. What a waste of precious screen space she is, that she continues churning out one bad performance after another and still gets new films. #AeWatanMereWatan #MurderMubarak

#AeWatanMereWatan is a feeble attempt at highlighting the story of an unsung hero

Barring a credible supporting cast, I could not get over the artificial looking sets & dim lit frames
It lacks emotional resonance & the curios case of Sara’s inconsistent performances continues pic.twitter.com/h8WFQ4Pbs5
