Pushpa 2 Stampede Case: The Hyderabad police questioned superstar Allu Arjun for three hours on December 24 regarding the woman’s death that occurred during the stampede at Sandhya Theatre. As per the latest reports, Allu Arjun’s bouncer Antony was arrested by Chikkadpally police for allegedly attacking fans at the theatre. As per the CCTV footage, it has been seen that the accused was charging the fans with sticks to handle the crowd. The video of the same has been made public. As a large crowd gathered at the theatre to catch a glimpse of Allu Arjun, the management of the theatre did not take the help of the police to control the situation.
Notably, the Pushpa 2 actor arrived with his father father Allu Aravind and legal counsel at Chikkadpally police station. A heavy security was deployed at the police station on Tuesday. The CCTV footages from the premiere night have been going viral on social media.
Antony, the personal bouncer of actor Allu Arjun, was arrested yesterday for his alleged involvement in the stampede at Sandhya Theatre. Authorities suspect Antony played a pivotal role in the chaos during the actor's visit.

Recently in a statement shared by Allu Arjun on his social media handles, “I appeal to all my fans to express their feelings responsibly, as always and not resort to any kind of abusive language or behavior both online and offline. Misrepresenting as my fans with fake IDs and fake profiles, if someone indulges in abusive posts, strong action will be taken against him. I request fans to not engage in such posts (sic).”
On December 22, Allu Arjun’s father Aravind gave a statement to media after their residence was attacked. He said in a press conference “Everyone has seen what happened at our house today. But it is time for us to act accordingly. Now is not the right time for us to react to anything. The police have taken in the offenders and filed a case against them. The police are ready to take away anyone else who comes here to create a ruckus. No one should encourage incidents like these. But I will not react just because the media is here. Now is the time to practice restraint. The law will take its own course.”
