Amaran Box Office Collection Day 14: Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi starrer Tamil movie has been struggling at the ticket windows after earning a substantial amount. The military war drama earned its lowest till now on its second Wednesday. This drops the hope that the movie will cross the Rs 200 crore mark anytime soon. Amaran crossed the Rs 100 crore mark within 6 days of its release and in 11 days it crossed the Rs 150 crore mark. But since then, the movie has picked a slow pace in gaining numbers at the box office. 

Amaran Box Office Collection Day 14

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 4.25 crore on Day 14. The net collection of Amaran stands at Rs 168.70 crore. It had an overall 22.33 per cent Tamil occupancy in theatres. It had 18.41 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 21.50 per cent in afternoon shows, 25.26 per cent in evening shows, 24.13 per cent in night shows. On the same day, it had 17.98 per cent Telugu occupancy in theatres. It had 14.88 per cent in the morning shows, 20.64 per cent in the afternoon shows, 17.22 per cent in evening shows and 19.16 per cent in night shows. 

About Amaran 

The story is based on the life of Major Mukund Varadarajan. The movie is set against the backdrop of the Qazipathri Operation in Shopian in 2014. Amaran stars Sivakarthikeyan, Sai Pallavi, Bhuvan Arora, Rahul Bose, Suresh Chakravarthy, Shreekumar and Mir Salman in key roles. The movie was released in theatres on October 31, 2024.

Rajkumar Periasamy’s directorial was made on a budget of Rs 130 crore. It has been produced by Kamal Haasan, R Mahendran and Vivek Krishnani.
