Anil Kapoor has been making headlines for quite some time now due to his several work commitments like hosting Bigg Boss OTT 3 and getting replaced in movies like No Entry 2 and Welcome 3. Both films gave a lot of fame to the superstar for his roles. Reacting to the replacement in the sequels of the movies, Anil shared that he does not the reason behind it. He also said that it is the actor’s job to do their work with sincerity and honesty. The actor also showed his optimistic views as he said that these things (replacements) happen.
During the press conference of Bigg Boss OTT 3, Anil Kapoor said “Recently, I was replaced in two places in films. Now, what is the reason I don’t know. But these things happen. We are just doing our jobs with sincerity and honesty. That’s what life is.”
Earlier Boney Kapoor told Zoom, “Before I could tell my brother Anil about the No Entry sequel and the cast involved, he got angry as the news was already leaked. It was unfortunate that it was leaked. I know he wanted to be a part of the No Entry sequel, but there was no space. I wanted to explain why I did what I did.”
Reportedly, Anil Kapoor has not spoken to his elder brother Boney Kapoor since the news was leaked online. No Entry 2 stars Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles.
On the other hand, Welcome To Jungle (Welcome 3) stars Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Disha Patani, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi and Mika Singh in significant roles. The movie is scheduled to be released in theatres on 20th December this year.
Anil Kapoor is gearing up for Bigg Boss OTT 3 as host. The show will be streaming on JioCinema from 21st June.
