Animal vs Sam Bahadur Collection: Despite a decreasing trend in daily box office collections post its second week, Sandeep Reddy Vanga's directorial Animal, featuring Ranbir Kapoor, has been sustaining substantial revenue compared to recent releases. The film is on the verge of entering the coveted Rs 400 crore club in just nine days, amassing an impressive total of Rs 398.53 crores in India. On the other hand, Vicky Kaushal's Sam Bahadur is trying to maintain its pace, however in comparison to Animal, it struggles to bring audience to theater.
Animal Collection:
The movie witnessed a substantial surge in collections on its second Saturday, raking in Rs 37 crore compared to Friday's collection of Rs 22.95 crore. This significant jump hints at the potential for high box office earnings on Sunday, propelling 'Animal' past the Rs 400 crore milestone. With this achievement, the film has secured its position as the fourth biggest film of 2023. The film has made significant strides in India, accumulating a net collection of Rs 398.87 crore after nine days.
The gross figures soar higher at Rs 429.2 crore. Internationally, the movie has made a notable impact by reaching a staggering Rs 600 crore.

Sam Bahadur Collection:
Despite facing tough competition from 'Animal,' the biographical war drama 'Sam Bahadur,' starring Vicky Kaushal as India's first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, continues to make steady progress at the box office. The film experienced significant growth on its ninth day since its release on December 1.
On December 9, 'Sam Bahadur' saw a significant leap in collections, amassing Rs 6.75 crore, marking a 90 per cent increase from its earnings of Rs 3.5 crore on the previous Friday. The film's total net collection in India has now reached Rs 49.05 crore. Impressively, on its ninth day, the war drama surpassed its opening day earnings, which stood at Rs 6.25 crore, according to Sacnilk.com.
Sam Bahadur features Vicky Kaushal portraying the titular role against the backdrop of the 1971 India-Pakistan war, a period when Sam Manekshaw led the Indian Army, resulting in the birth of Bangladesh. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the film boasts a talented supporting cast including Sanya Malhotra, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Govind Namdev, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, and Neeraj Kabi. The biopic commemorates the life of India's first Field Marshal, Sam Manekshaw, highlighting his remarkable contributions to the Indian Army and serving as a tribute to his legacy.
