Animal vs Sam Bahadur Advance Booking: This Friday (December 1) marks a significant showdown in Bollywood as two major films prepare for release. Vicky Kaushal leads the charge in the biographical war drama 'Sam Bahadur,' while Ranbir Kapoor's highly anticipated crime thriller 'Animal' gears up for its cinematic debut. 'Animal,' has surged ahead in the initial advance booking race against Vicky Kaushal's 'Sam Bahadur.' While the advance booking for Ranbir starrer commenced on Saturday, 'Sam Bahadur' opened on November 28 and has amassed a significant number on its first day, indicating a strong initial response from the audience prior to its release.

This clash between the two much-awaited films has sparked considerable interest and anticipation among moviegoers. According to early trade reports, Ranbir Kapoor's Animal is leading the race.

The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial is poised to mark the Ranbir Kapoor's biggest opening to date. The movie, which also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Triptii Dimri, and Bobby Deol, is scheduled for release in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages on December 1. According to the latest report by Sacnilk.com, 'Animal' has already amassed an impressive Rs 9.75 crore in advance bookings. Despite its 'A' certification from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), the advance booking for Animal is remarkable.

Across India, a total of 3,34,173 tickets have been sold for 7,200 shows, amounting to an impressive advance ticket sales figure of Rs 9.75 crore encompassing all languages and theaters. The trade reports suggests that the Telugu version of 'Animal' has garnered a business of Rs 91.48 lakh by selling 58,465 tickets across 643 shows for its day 1. In Tamil, the film has sold 779 tickets across 41 shows, while its Kannada version managed to sell 1,504 tickets through 16 shows. These cumulative numbers contribute to the robust overall advance box office collection across 7,200 shows on its day 1.

Sam Bahadur Advance Booking

'Sam Bahadur' is swiftly heading towards crossing the Rs 1 crore milestone in its advance bookings, having accumulated around Rs 88.09 lakh. The film has seen the sale of a total of 26,012 tickets as of Monday. Key regions contributing significantly to the film's advance bookings include the National Capital Region (NCR), Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Jaipur, and Lucknow, according to Sacnilk.

The trailer of the film gave audiences a glimpse of Vicky's depiction of India's first Field Marshal, Sam Manekshaw. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the narrative unfolds against the backdrop of the 1971 Indo-Pakistan War. Sanya Malhotra portrays Sam's wife, while Fatima Sana Shaikh embodies the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
