BTS’ eldest member Jin aka Kim Seokjin comes back from the military in less than a month and the ARMYs can’t keep calm. Fans are rejoicing as they count the days until the Kpop idol’s return. Fans have endured a long wait to experience Jin’s music since he released his digital single ‘The Astronaut’ on October 28, 2022, before enlisting in the military. Interestingly, the song was co-written by Jin and the British Rock band COLDPLAY. 

During The Astronaut promotions in 2022, Jin introduced a cartoon friend named ‘Wootteo’ to ARMYs and they perceived him to be there for ARMYs in the eldest member’s absence. Now, after several months of Jin’s enlistment, eagle-eyed ARMYs have noticed a lot of connections that might hint at an upcoming collab between Jin and COLDPLAY who are also great friends. 

Wootteo’s Instagram account recently had a new post in months. It said, “It has been a very long time. How are you all doing?” Fans were overjoyed to see a post on Wootteo’s account reminding them of Jin’s The Astronaut era.

Fans also noticed British Rock Band’s vocalist Chris Martin carrying Wootteo during his group’s tours. All of the above hints have made ARMYs speculate on a possible collab between great friends and musicians COLDPLAY and BTS Jin.

The Astronaut is a song by Jin that talks about his close bond with fans. It has a soothing melody and vibe making it a perfect match for listening when relaxing or trying to focus during work.
