Amar Kaushik, the acclaimed director behind the hit horror-comedy Stree 2, has announced his next big project. This time, he is set to produce a vampire-comedy film titled Thamba, adding another thrilling chapter to the Maddock Supernatural Universe (MSU). In a recent interview with India Today, Amar Kaushik revealed that he will be stepping into the world of vampires. Confirming the film’s title as Thamba, he shared that the project will begin filming in the next two months. This film will mark Kaushik's return as a producer, following his work on Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga and Munjya. The vampire-comedy is expected to bring a fresh twist to the genre, blending humour with supernatural elements.

In addition to Thamba, Kaushik also hinted at the progress of Bhediya 2, starring Varun Dhawan. He mentioned that while the story is ready, the screenplay is still being fine-tuned to ensure it meets his expectations.

Khurrana and Mandanna will share the screen for the first time, and their characters are said to have intriguing arcs that will surprise audiences.
