BABYMONSTER, the rookie girl group from YG Entertainment, has made a sensational return with their full 7-member lineup in an electrifying music video for their latest track 'SHEESH'. The group unveiled their comeback with the release of their debut mini-album 'BABYMONS7ER' and the title track 'SHEESH', which features the collaboration of Choi Hyun Suk from TREASURE, who co-wrote the music and lyrics for the song.

Ahyeon's return to the group completes the seven-member lineup, and fans have been eagerly awaiting her comeback after her absence during their debut and their second single. The wait has finally paid off, and BABYMONSTER is back stronger than ever.

Adding to the excitement, Choi Hyun Suk's involvement in the comeback has brought an extra layer of magic to the release. Not only is he part of the action, but he has also co-written both the music and lyrics for 'SHEESH', further elevating the track's appeal.

For those unfamiliar with BABYMONSTER, the group burst onto the scene in 2023 through YG Entertainment's Last Evaluation. Comprising seven dynamic members – Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora, and Chiquita – the group quickly caught the attention of Kpop enthusiasts.

 

The journey began with a promising teaser from YG Entertainment on December 30, 2022, followed by an electrifying trailer on New Year's Day that set the internet abuzz. With appearances from industry luminaries like members of Winner and BLACKPINK, AKMU, and YG's own founder, Yang Hyun-suk, the anticipation soared.

Gradually introduced to the world through captivating live performances and a pre-debut single titled 'Dream', BABYMONSTER wasted no time in making their mark. Their debut single, 'Batter Up', and its follow-up, 'Stuck in the Middle', further solidified their presence in the industry.

Notably, 'Batter Up' made history as the most-viewed debut music video in Kpop within its first 24 hours, setting new records on platforms like YouTube and Spotify.

With Ahyeon back in the mix, the group's first extended play, 'BABYMONS7ER', marks their official debut. Featuring re-recordings of their previous hits and a special gift from none other than Charlie Puth, BABYMONSTER's latest release promises to keep fans grooving.
