Korean Live-action web series Parasyte is all set for its release on Netflix on April 5, 2024. ‘Parasyte: The Grey’ centres around Su-in, who finds herself grappling with conflicting loyalties between her human identity and the parasitic forces influencing her. Set against the backdrop of a fierce conflict between parasites and ‘The Grey’, a dedicated team striving to eliminate them, the series is an adaptation of Hitoshi Iwaaki's manga. Through its narrative, the show delves into profound themes of coexistence and the struggle for survival.

‘The Gangster, the Cop, the Devil’ is an action-packed thriller from South Korea released in 2019. Unstoppable (Netflix)

The Man From Nowhere (Prime Video)

Released in 2010, ‘The Man from Nowhere’ stands out as a South Korean neo-noir action-thriller film. Written and directed by Lee Jeong-beom, the movie stars Won Bin and made waves as South Korea's top-grossing film of 2010, amassing 6.2 million admissions. The plot revolves around an enigmatic figure who unleashes a violent spree after the one individual who comprehends him is abducted.

Snowpiercer (Netflix)

Released in 2013, ‘Snowpiercer’ is a post-apocalyptic science fiction action film adapted from the French climate fiction graphic novel "Le Transperceneige" by Jacques Lob, Benjamin Legrand, and Jean-Marc Rochette. Directed by Bong Joon-ho and co-written by Bong and Kelly Masterson, the film is a collaboration between South Korea and the Czech Republic, marking Bong's first venture into English-language cinema. Notably, approximately 85% of the dialogue in the film is in English.

Confession Of Murder (Prime Video)

‘Confession of Murder’ is a riveting 2012 South Korean action thriller film, both written and directed by Jung Byung-gil.
