Korean Variety Shows On OTT: The popularity of South Korean cinema has skyrocketed over the years with songs, movies and shows trending worldwide. Amid the new wave of Korean culture, several reality shows from Korea have also been gaining massive popularity. Also known as variety shows, these projects provide wholesome entertainment for the viewers with fun interactions between the cast and some hilarious moments. BTS member Jin is currently seen in two variety shows, 'Run Jin' and 'Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island', in which he performs tasks and faces challenges in a fun way.

1. Running Man

'Running Man' focuses on the celebrity contestants as they try to complete a series of missions in order to win. The show stars Yoo Jae-suk, Jee Seok-jin, Kim Jong-kook, Song Ji-hyo, Yang Se-chan and Kang Hoon as the main cast. Even BTS members appeared on the show as guests. 2. Run BTS

'Run BTS' features all the BTS members, where they play games or participate in a variety of activities. There are over 150 episodes in the series and most of them are available to watch on YouTube for free.

3. The Return Of Superman

'The Return Of Superman' focuses on fathers, who take care of their children alone without the help of their wives. The show is presented by Choi Ji-woo and Ahn Young Mi. The episodes are streaming on Viki.

4. 2 Days 1 Night

'2 Days 1 Night' focuses on the cast members who travel to unexplored regions of South Korea and perform fun tasks. It stars Kim Jong-min, Moon Se-yoon, DinDin, Lee Joon, Jo Se-ho and Yoo Seon-ho. The episodes are available to watch on Viki.

5. Knowing Bros

'Knowing Bros' stars Kang Ho-dong, Lee Soo-geun, Kim Young-chul, Seo Jang-hoon, Kim Heechul, Min Kyunghoon, Lee Sangmin, and Lee Jin-ho. In the show, the cast and guests pose themselves as high school students and participate in different fun tasks. The episodes are available to watch on Netflix.

7. Jinny's Kitchen

'Jinny's Kitchen' focuses on five popular Korean celebrities, who try to run a Korean restaurant in a different country. Lee Seo-jin is the owner, Jung Yu-mi is the executive and Park Seo Joon is the head of the kitchen. BTS members V aka Kim Tae Hyung and Choi Woo Shik are the interns in the restaurant. 'Jinny's Kitchen' is streaming on Prime Video.

8. BTS Bon Voyage

'BTS Bon Voyage' focuses on all the BTS members, where they travel to new destinations and encounter situations that every traveller will have to face. Several episodes of the show are available to watch on YouTube for free.
