T-Series head Bhushan Kumar's cousin and actor-producer Krishna Kumar’s daughter Tishaa Kumar has passed away. Tishaa was in her early 20s and was battling with cancer. Her family took her for treatment in Germany but fate did not support her. Tishaa took her last breath there on Thursday. She was last spotted at the premiere of Ranbir Kapoor's Animal in Mumbai in 2023. Sources claimed that Bhushan Kumar’s cousin was just 21 years old. However, there are no official statements made from the family till now. 

T-Series spokesperson said in a statement, “Tishaa Kumar, daughter of Krishan Kumar, passed away yesterday after a prolonged battle with an illness. This is difficult time for the family, and we kindly request that family’s privacy is respected.”

A source close to the Kumar family told The Indian Express, “Tishaa was just 21. She was diagnosed with cancer and the family decided to take her to Germany for treatment. She passed away there on Thursday. It is a very sad time for the family." 

Krishna Kumar father of Tishaa Kumar has been known for his work in Bewafa Sanam, Satyameva Jayate 2, Satyameva Jayate, Aaja Meri Jaan, Srikanth, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Yaariyan, Tanhaji, Kasam Teri Kasam, Raid, Adipurush, Starfish, De De Pyaar De, Pagalpanti, Malang Unleash The Madness, Ashi Hi Aashiqui, Dhokha: Round D Corner and Creature 3D to name a few. Krishna is the younger brother of Gulshan Kumar, the late founder of T-Series. He along with Bhushan jointly run the business of T-Series for over two decades.
