Bigg Boss 17 Grand Finale: The sudden eviction of Ankita Lokhande sent shockwaves throughout the entire Bigg Boss set, casting a profound and eerie silence. Surprisingly, she was eliminated after Arun Srikanth Mashettey, who securing the fifth position after receiving the lowest number of votes among the finalists. With this, the Bigg Boss 17 has got its top three finalists - Mannara Chopra, Munawar Faruqui, and Abhishek Kumar.
The tumultuous relationship between Ankita and Vicky has been a consistent theme throughout this season of Bigg Boss. The couple's respective mothers, Vandana and Ranjana, even made appearances on the show to offer guidance and express disapproval, particularly towards Ankita. In the finale, Ankita's mother-in-law is present to show support despite her previous reservations about Ankita's actions on the show.
During a lighthearted segment in the grand finale of Bigg Boss 17, Salman Khan prompts finalist Ankita Lokhande and her mother-in-law, Ranjana Jain, to exchange vows in support of each other and commit to fulfilling certain promises. Ankita pledges to avoid arguments with Vicky, while actress' mother-in-law assures Ankita that she will shower her with love.
Arun Mashettey Evicted
Arun Mashettey has faced eviction from the Bigg Boss 17 house. In the finale episode, Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan assume the role of hosting the initial eviction task, wherein the top 5 contestants assembled in the activity room and engaged in a fish pond task, where the colour of the water determined the eviction. Unfortunately, Arun's pond turned red, making him the first contestant to be eliminated from the competition.
Bigg Boss 17
The reality show kicked off on Colors on October 16, featuring contestants such as Aishwarya Sharma, Neil Bhatt, Isha Malviya, Sana Khan, Rinku Dhawan, Sunny Arya, Khanzaadi, Soniya Bansal, and others. All of them, with the exception of Anurag Dobhal, Khanzaadi, and Aoora, have returned for the finale episode to showcase performances for the audience and support their favorite finalists.
