Bigg Boss 17 Winner: Salman Khan hosted the seventeenth season has concluded after engaging viewers for a three-month duration with Munawar Faruqui lifting the trophy. Abhishek Kumar and Mannara Chopra has secured the positions of first and second runner-ups, respectively.

In addition to the coveted Bigg Boss 17 trophy, Munawar took home a stylish new car and a cash prize of Rs 50 lakh. The comedian expressed immense joy upon being declared the winner of the controversial reality show. 

The contestants vying for the coveted trophy were Ankita Lokhande, Mannara Chopra, Abhishek Kumar, Munawar Faruqui, and Arun Srikanth Mashettey. Notably, the stand-up comedian has maintained this leading position for an impressive 15 consecutive weeks, setting a record for the season. Holding the second position was Abhishek Kumar, while Mannara was third. Ankita and Arun Srikanth Mashettey occupy the fourth and fifth spots, respectively. 

Bigg Boss 17 Finale

Ankita Lokhande exited the competition on 4th position. The unexpected eviction surprised not only her husband Vicky Jain but also the show's host Salman Khan, who said "I thought you would become the winner. I am shocked that you are not. I don’t know what has happened that you have come out of the house. The whole team is shocked." The 'Pavitra Rishta' actor, conveying her surprise, mentioned her speechlessness and later expressed happiness, citing that her mother was standing beside her.

The reality show kicked off on Colors on October 16, featuring contestants such as Aishwarya Sharma, Neil Bhatt, Isha Malviya, Sana Khan, Rinku Dhawan, Sunny Arya, Khanzaadi, Soniya Bansal, and others. All of them, with the exception of Anurag Dobhal, Khanzaadi, and Aoora, have returned for the finale episode to showcase performances for the audience and support their favorite finalists. 

The theme of 'Heart, Mind, and Strength' defined the structure of the season, initially grouping participants into Dil, Dimaag and Dum.

Bigg Boss 17 Trophy

The trophy for Bigg Boss 17 bears a striking resemblance to Hogwarts, the renowned wizarding school. Crafted in a golden hue, the trophy takes the form of two interlocking Bs, featuring intricate designs such as trees, three silver gates, broad bricks, and long branches that adorn the entire structure. Below the trophy, the iconic Bigg Boss eye logo is prominently displayed, signaling victory for the winner of Bigg Boss 17, along with the Colors channel logo.
