However, Karan's decision did not go down well with host Salman Khan, who expressed his disappointment during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode. Salman questioned Karan's choice, asking him if he was trying to prove a point by sacrificing his own chances for someone else. Salman's tone was laced with skepticism, and he suggested that if Karan was indeed so magnanimous, perhaps the show was too small for him.

Salman even went on to offer Karan an opportunity to leave the house immediately, implying that his actions were not in line with the competitive spirit of the show.

Khan’s words sparked a heated debate, with some contestants defending Karan's decision as a noble gesture, while others criticised him for not prioritizing his own game. The incident has left everyone wondering about Karan's future in the show and whether his decision will ultimately prove to be a masterstroke or a costly mistake.
