Bigg Boss OTT 3, hosted by Anil Kapoor, premiered on June 21, with high anticipation among viewers. Armaan Malik, a prominent YouTuber known for his channel Malik Vlogs, entered the competition alongside his two wives, Kritika Malik and Payal Malik. Originally named Sandeep Singh, he has achieved significant success on YouTube, amassing a substantial subscriber base of 7.67 million.
Armaan's unconventional family dynamics, particularly his marriages to both Payal in 2011 and Kritika in 2018, add an intriguing element to his persona on Bigg Boss OTT 3. Now, in an exclusive conversation with Jagran English, the YouTuber opened up about his preparation and strategy for controversial reality show. Check:
Q: How do you prepare yourself mentally and emotionally before entering the Bigg Boss house?
A: I don't do much, just stick to my personality. If you intend, you can handle things mentally or physically. So, go there as you are, it's all about mind games and conversations.
Q: What aspect of your personality do you think will surprise the viewers the most?
A: Showing loyalty to my family, which is visible outside as well.
Q: Are there any misconceptions about you that you want to clear up during the show?
A: There are certain rumours and misconceptions that I want to clear, I often say that Main do shaadi ko promote nahi kar raha, voh kudrati hogyi hain (I am not promoting polygamy, it just happened to me naturally.) Many times, you get into a relationship but don't know how things happen. For instance, imagine surviving a car accident where the vehicle is completely totalled but you walk away unharmed. Similarly, despite having been married twice, I've managed to navigate through everything successfully. It's been a smooth sailing. But I will advise you not to get into multiple marriage situations or you may regret it.
Q: What do you anticipate will be the most challenging aspect for you?
A: I find myself locked away, while outside, Payal and Golu (Kritika) are embroiled in a heated argument, and I'm shouting desperately from a distance.

Q: Do you think your background might influence interactions with other contestants?
A: I believe those entering the house are going to interact in similar ways. They won't flaunt whether they're a YouTuber, small-time actor, TV actor, or a model; everyone will be on equal footing.
Q: Are there any specific tasks or challenges you are looking forward to participating in the show?
A: "Mujhe Dangal karna hai, Kissi ke bhi sath"
Meanwhile, Armaan grabbed headlines in 2022 when he announced that both his wives were expecting. Now, he's a father to four children: Chirayu, Tuba, Ayan, and Zaid.
