Bigg Boss OTT Season 3: Bigg Boss OTT, the digital version of the popular reality show, might not be returning for its third season this year, as per a report by The Indian Express. Colors TV and Jio Cinema, the platforms that streamed the previous seasons, are reportedly skipping the show this year due to audience saturation.

Rumours had suggested that Bigg Boss OTT 3 would premiere on May 15 this year. However, a source revealed that the show might not return at all this year to avoid over-exposure. While discussions are ongoing, Banijay Asia, Colors TV, and Jio Cinema have not confirmed anything yet.

Bigg Boss OTT, which debuted in 2021, had Karan Johar as its host for the first season, won by actor Divya Agarwal. Salman Khan took over hosting duties for the second season, won by YouTuber Elvish Yadav. Apart from the daily episodes on Voot and Jio Cinema, the show was also streamed 24/7.

Contestants from the second season, such as Pooja Bhatt, Jiya Shankar, Manisha Rani, Elvish Yadav, and Abhishek Malhan, gained considerable fame. Names like Sheezan Khan, Arhaan Behll, Shehzada Dhami, Pratiksha Honmukhe, Dalljiet Kaur, Maxtern, Sriram Chandra, and Dhanashree Verma were rumoured to be part of the speculated third season.

Fans of the show will have to wait for further updates from the makers regarding the future of Bigg Boss OTT.
