BLACKPINK is one of the most popular Kpop groups and has achieved several milestones in their career. The group is currently on a break as all four members are focusing on their solo careers. Jennie and Rose are reported to attend the Met Gala this year and are currently in New York. The two divas met in the city and decided to take some time out to spend some quality time together.

Rose shared several pictures with Jennie on Instagram and wrote, "You know you love us, xoxo."

On the work front, Jennie launched her solo label 'ODD ATELIER' but decided to stay associated with her agency YG Entertainment for the group activities with BLACKPINK. Talking about going on her solo journey, Jennie said, "I wanted to do group activities with the company I had been with for seven years, but I wanted to be freer and more comfortable in my individual activities, so I carefully founded a company called OA. I will work with the crew I have been with for a long time. I wanted to be able to do all my activities freely.”

She earlier appeared in the variety show 'Apartment 404', which is streaming on Prime Video. The singer also teamed up with Kpop star Zico for the song 'Spot'. In the behind the scene video of 'Spot', Zico revealed he always wanted to collaborate with Jennie and prepared six songs for her.

Zico said, "So I came up with a few options aside from that song. I had 6 songs prepared. Then I reduced it to two songs. 'What fits you more?'. When I say 'This is all I have,' the artist may not be interested. When I asked her to feature in the song, I made her feel at ease."

Rose recently collaborated with the survival show 'I-LAND 2: N/a' to lend her voice to its song. She will soon release her solo song as well.
