LISA has once again captured attention, this time with her comments about her dating life and the much-awaited BLACKPINK comeback in 2025. In an interview with Billboard Korea, LISA addressed the rumours surrounding her relationship with Frédéric Arnault following her track Moonlit Floor, clearing the air by stating, "I didn’t write that song," effectively putting those speculations to rest. As for BLACKPINK’s reunion, she confirmed the exciting news that the group will come back in 2025, adding, "I can’t wait."
The Kpop star also shared some personal insights into her journey as a solo artist. Reflecting on the impact of her solo music, LISA admits that the positive reactions from fans have been deeply fulfilling. "When [my singles] came out, the reaction from the fans, it’s healing me. It’s like, ‘Oh, my God. Yeah — I did a great job!’" she says with a smile, showing just how much the support means to her. Lisa also revealed that she's currently watching Love Next Door starring Jung Hae In and Jung So Min.

Known for her fierce rap skills and presence, LISA has proven herself as a force to be reckoned with, both in BLACKPINK and on her own. Her 2021 solo track Money reached No. 36 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, making her the first Kpop artist to break into its top 40. "I kind of... kill it in every single thing?" she says with a laugh, confidently acknowledging her versatility as an artist. Her genre-fluency has allowed her to explore different musical styles, fitting seamlessly into the global music scene alongside artists like Megan Thee Stallion and Ozuna.

LISA’s growth isn’t limited to her music. She is also taking control of her career in a big way. By creating her own management company and label, Lloud, and partnering with RCA Records, she will own her masters, marking a bold step towards independence in the music industry.
Looking back at her early days as a trainee, LISA recalls the challenges of learning Korean and adjusting to a new environment. Despite the struggles, she quickly became known for her dedication and ability to excel. "I feel like I’m born to be onstage," she reflects, a sentiment her fellow BLACKPINK members would surely agree with.
LISA’s upcoming solo album is another exciting chapter in her journey. While she keeps details under wraps, she hints that fans will be surprised by her range and abilities. "Everything’s there," she says, teasing fans with the promise of a diverse and unexpected sound. "I think they’re going to be shocked at how capable I am [at] doing so many things."
