BLACKPINK is one of the most popular Korean-pop groups in the world and their fan following grew immensely in 2023 due to their 'BORNPINK World Tour' concerts. The group recently had to face criticism from French News outlets as they claimed BLACKPINK's concert held at State De France and Paris La Défense Arena was not up to the mark. The news outlet claimed that the group's choreography was too textbook and there was miscommunication.

According to Koreaboo, the news outlet said that the list has been made objectively. “Just because audiences filled the State De France (venue) doesn’t mean the performance is good. What we thought after leaving BLACKPINK’s concert was that the choreography was too textbook, and the members would often walk in front of each other due to miscommunication,” La Parisien mentioned as quoted by Koreaboo.

“During the latter part of the show, Jennie suddenly left the stage, and the remaining members incredulously started calling out audiences-held posters. This was not a performance befitting the young Koreans’ popularity,” the report further said.
