JE Entertainment Desk: Sonam Kapoor is all set for her upcoming film, titled Blind. In the movie, the Neerja actor will be taking on the role of a visually-impaired officer. On Tuesday, makers shared the much-awaited teaser for Blind featuring Sonam playing the role of a woman detective named Gia.
The teaser of Blind begins with Sonam Kapoor boarding a taxi at night. Gia graciously accepts the bottle of water that the cab driver hands her. A few moments later, she thinks something is off and requests that the cab driver pull over. The scene then cuts into a murder of a girl. Watch the teaser here:

About Blind
Blind features Sonam Kapoor in a lead role with Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak and Lillete Dubey in supporting roles. The film is a remake of the 2011 Korean film of the same name, centres around a blind police officer in search of a serial killer.

The film will now premiere on 7 July 2023 on JioCinema.
Sonam Kapoor To Take Part In UK-India Week
Sonam Kapoor has also been invited to the reception which will take place at UK Prime Minister Rishi Saunak's official residence and office on 10 Downing Street.
The celebration is a part of UK-India Week, the signature event of the India Global Forum, which runs from June 26 to June 30 in London. On Wednesday, Sonam will speak at the reception and discuss how India has influenced cultures all across the world.
