Kangana Ranaut has never shied away from speaking about any political issues. The actor turned politician, who joined the BJP last year, recently shared her opinion about the ongoing tensions escalating between India and Pakistan. Sharing a piece of news on her Instagram stories about how Pakistan faced tough questions at the UNSC meeting on May 5 over the Pahalgam attack, Kangana Ranaut slammed the country and called it a ‘nasty nation full of terrorists’. She even went on to say that Pakistan should be ‘wiped out from the world map’. Her outrageous reaction came after Pakistan launched missiles and drones in several parts of India, including the northern side and the western side of the country in the evening of May 8. The drones were seen in cities like Jammu, Samba, Satwari and Udhampur (J&K), Amritsar and Jalandhar (Punjab), Bikaner and Jaisalmer (Rajasthan) on Thursday.

Coming back to Kangana Ranaut, she took an old post from Wion about Pakistan facing tough questions at the UN Security Council meeting, to share her reaction about the ongoing tensions between the countries. She said, “Bloody Cockroaches…creepy, nasty nation full of terrorists…should be wiped out from the world Map only…” The actress earlier shared a video from a nearby place from Amritsar and hailed the functioning of India’s S-400 missile system. In another post, she urged the people of Jammu to stay strong. Kangana wrote on her Instagram stories, “Jammu On Target! Indian Air Defence Neutralises Pakistan Drone in #Jammu. Stay strong #Jammu.”

Pakistan’s attack on India on May 8 came after India successfully launched Operation Sindoor at several terror sites in Pakistan and PoK. The Indian operation was conducted in the wee hours of Wednesday to avenge the Pahalgam attack on April 22, which claimed the innocent lives of at least 26 people while leaving others injured. Since the Pahalgam attack, the cross-border tensions have increased.

While talking about Kangana Ranaut, she was last seen in Emergency. The movie was released on January 17, this year after facing several delays. The film also features Anupam Kher, Satish Kaushik, Mahima Chaudhry, Vishak Nair, Milind Soman and Shreyas Talpade in pivotal roles. The film was directed by Kangana herself. Post theatrical run, the movie made its digital debut on Netflix.
