Bougainvillea Box Office Collection Day 3: The multi-starrer Malayalam movie starring Kunchacko Boban, Jyothirmayi and Fahadh Faasil in the leads has been roaring at the ticket windows. The psychological crime thriller has received mixed reviews from the audience and the critics. It was highly praised for the strong performances of the lead stars. It was released in theatres on October 17, 2024. Amal Neerad’s directorial revolves around a family who has been investigated by police after tourists mysteriously disappeared in Kerala. 

Bougainvillea Box Office Collection Day 3

As per Sacnilk, Kunchacko Boban and Fahadh Faasil starrer earned Rs 3.00 crore on Day 3 (first Saturday). The net collection of Bougainvillea stands at Rs 8.55 crore. It had an overall 40.45 per cent Malayalam occupancy in theatres. The movie had 23.26 per cent occupancy in morning shows, 35.91 per cent in afternoon shows, 43.39 per cent in evening shows and 59.25 per cent in night shows on day 3. 

About Bougainvillea 

The story focuses on a couple named Royce and Reethu (played by Kunchacko Boban and Jyothirmayi) whose lives turned upside down after a tragic accident. On the other hand, ACP David Koshy investigates a case which revolves around tourists who mysteriously go missing in Kerala. The twist comes when Reethu becomes the prime suspect in the missing case. The movie stars Kunchacko Boban, Jyothirmayi, Fahadh Faasil, Veena Nandakumar, Srinda and Sharaf U Dheen in key roles. It has been written by Lajo Jose, Amal Neerad and RJ Murugan. The film has been backed by Amal Neerad Productions and Udaya Pictures.

Bougainvillea Budget 

Despite a big star cast including Kunchacko Boban, Jyothirmayi and Fahadh Faasil,Amal Neerad’s directorial was made on a budget of Rs 30 crore.
