Meanwhile, the captivating anthem at the core of ‘Love Yourself: Tear’, 'Fake Love', has returned with a newfound energy, climbing to the summit of Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart and reclaiming its rightful place at No. 1. This latest triumph further solidifies the legacy of "Fake Love," now celebrating an astounding 71 weeks atop the chart, serving as a powerful testament to the enduring impact of BTS's musical talent and innovation.

The album, released on May 18, 2018, by Big Hit Entertainment, comes in four different versions and features eleven songs, with "Fake Love" leading the pack as its main single. This concept album delves into themes surrounding the hardships and sadness of separation. On May 27, 2018, it made its debut at the number one spot on the US Billboard 200 chart, amassing 135,000 album-equivalent units.
