BTS Jin is back in the spotlight with an exciting new vlog series titled RUN JIN which reminds ARMYs of BTS' variety show RUN BTS. The teaser for this much-anticipated series, set to debut on August 13 2024 at 9 pm KST (5:30 pm IST), promises an exhilarating journey through Jin's life following his official military discharge. The series will feature a blend of fun and adventure, with Jin taking on various activities, including hiking Hallasan and participating in a range of games, challenges and secret missions. Fans can expect to see Jin earning prizes and facing playful punishments, all while offering an inside look at his life and interests post-military. What has caught ARMYs attention is the fact that Jin began filming content as soon as he got discharged from the military to keep the fans entertained.

In addition to his new vlog series, Jin is rumoured to release his debut solo album between October and December 2024. This follows his impressive solo debut with The Astronaut in October 2022, a collaboration with Coldplay that earned him a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 and widespread acclaim.

Jin has been busy with various projects beyond music. He recently filmed an episode for MBC’s adventure variety show Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island and was seen shooting content at his alma mater, Posung High School. He also serves as a global ambassador for French jewellery and watches brand Fred and served as the torchbearer for South Korea at the upcoming Summer Olympics in Paris.

Kim Seokjin, known professionally as Jin, is a celebrated South Korean singer, songwriter and BTS member. Over the years, Jin has released notable solo tracks such as Awake, Epiphany and Moon, all of which have topped South Korea’s Gaon Digital Chart.

His digital single Tonight and the viral hit Super Tuna further established his solo success. In 2018, Jin’s contributions to Korean culture were recognized with the fifth-class Hwagwan Order of Cultural Merit. He has also made his mark in the entertainment industry through hosting music programs and participating in popular variety shows.
