BTS Jin aka Kim Seokjin has achieved a historic milestone, making his fans, ARMY, beam with pride. By carrying the prestigious Torch of Peace at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Jin has become the first Korean singer to have the honour on foreign soil, marking a significant moment in the history of Korean entertainment. The Kpop idol was protected by 30 French National Police as he entered from the Louvre to carry the flame. Thousands of people gathered at the venue to watch BTS Jin mark history like no one else.

Clad in a crisp white attire, Jin radiated joy and pride as he gracefully walked alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds, holding the symbolic torch of peace. His bright smile captivated onlookers, reflecting his enthusiasm for being part of this momentous occasion.

As BTS Jin carried the torch, he embodied the spirit of unity and harmony, transcending cultural boundaries and inspiring millions worldwide. This remarkable achievement not only highlights Jin's individual accomplishment but also solidifies BTS's status as cultural ambassadors, bridging gaps and spreading love and positivity through their music and actions.

Speaking about the event, Jin confessed he was nervous and also thanked the ARMY for their unconditional support. He also hoped that the Korean National athletes competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics will achieve great results. Speaking through his agency BIGHIT, Jin shared a message of peace and said, "It is an honor to be able to participate in such a meaningful moment. Thanks to ARMY (BTS’s fan club name), I was able to fulfill the wonderful role of torchbearer. Thank you so much. I was so nervous that I didn’t know how time had passed, but I was able to finish it to the best of my ability thanks to the great support from many people on site.”

The ceremony was livestreamed on the official YouTube channel dedicated to the Olympics, allowing fans and enthusiasts worldwide to partake in this historic moment.
