BTS Jin has officially made his joyous solo debut with the release of his first album, Happy. The album's title track, Running Wild, was unveiled alongside a cinematic music video on November 15, sending fans worldwide into a frenzy of excitement. The Running Wild music video showcases Jin embracing joy and love in the midst of chaos. As sirens blare and explosions erupt around him, Jin remains calm and determined to find happiness. Accompanied by his loyal pet dog, he ventures into moments of pure bliss—a beach day, scenic drives, and even a touching trip to the cinema to watch The Last Day on Earth.

The video culminates in a poignant scene inside the cinema, where Jin sheds tears while witnessing mayhem unfold on screen, ending with a dramatic explosion. The music video delivers a heartfelt message of finding peace and joy, even when the world feels chaotic.

Running Wild, performed entirely in English, marks a shift for Jin, aiming at a global audience. This release follows his successful solo debut The Astronaut, and fans noticed a sweet Easter egg in the music video—a nod to his BTS roots. The car’s license plate in the teaser cleverly includes the number 7, representing BTS, along with Jin’s birth date, December 4, as part of the word “HAPPY.”

The album Happy features six tracks, including the pre-release single I’ll Be There, and other songs like Another Level, Until It Reaches You, and Heart on the Window, which features Wendy from Red Velvet. Fans were ecstatic when Jhope shared his excitement during Jin’s Weverse live album celebration. His enthusiastic comments—"happppppyyyyyy!!! We're so happy!!!! Jin!!!”—added to the joyous occasion.

Jin also playfully responded to Jhope's energy, teasing him about his English with a lighthearted, "You’re speaking English? He studied some! Jwehope! JWEHOPPPPPPEEEEE!!!!"

Jin’s Happy album solidifies his solo identity while preserving his connection with ARMYs and BTS.

Meanwhile, Jin and Jhope also did the RUNNING WILD challenge and pleased ARMYs waiting for '2 Seok' content since they are the first two members to get discharged from the military.
