BTS Jin recently delighted fans with his much-anticipated return to the variety show scene, marking his comeback on the August 19th episode of MBC’s Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island. Known for his charismatic personality and quick wit, Jin, often dubbed the "King of Variety Shows," made sure his presence was felt as he showcased his close friendship with B1A4’s Sandeul.
The show kicked off with former football star Ahn Jung Hwan introducing Jin, who had previously shared the screen with Chef Lee Yeon Bok. Another host, Boom, shared how the production team was pleasantly surprised by Jin's eagerness to join the show, making this his first variety appearance since completing his military service.
A special guest accompanied Jin on the show—his longtime friend, Sandeul from B1A4. Jin spoke warmly about their bond, saying, "Whenever someone asks me who my celebrity friend is, Sandeul is the only one who comes to mind. That’s why I wanted him to join me on the island today." BTS Jin and B1A4's Sandeul (Lee Jung Hwan) have been close friends for many years now. Both of them are a part of the 92-liners club (Kpop idols born in the year 1992) along with Ken, Hani, Moonbyul and Baro.
