BTS’ Jungkook is currently completing his mandatory military service. Amid this, he made a comeback on Instagram, but this time with his pet Bam’s account. Jungkook penned a heartfelt note on Weverse, which read, “I can’t brag about myself right now, so I have to brag about my kid.Have a great night aheadBowwow_bamcohesion!!!!!!!!! Huh? Have a nice night. Are you okay?... Oh.. there is also good ‘bam’.”

Initially, the username was "Bam's dad," and the accompanying description consisted of repeated instances of "Bark Bark Bark Bark Bark Bark Bark Bark Bark Bark Bark..." However, there has been a recent modification to the description, which now reads "Have a good BAM." Additionally, a profile picture featuring Jungkook and his dog, both smiling, has been added.

In December 2023, Jungkook, along with his fellow BTS member Jimin, began his military service at the Army 5th Infantry Division Recruit Training Center located in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do. It is anticipated that Jungkook will complete his service and be discharged on June 11, 2025.
