RM took to social media to celebrate the group's historic return, reposting Billboard's announcement with a heartfelt message of love and gratitude to the fans. While he let the news of ARIRANG topping the Billboard 200 speak for itself in a captionless story, he specifically highlighted the lead single SWIM for its monumental No. 1 debut on the Hot 100.

The number seven has proven to be a lucky charm for the septet; SWIM marks their seventh Hot 100 chart-topper and their first since 2021, while the album itself secured their seventh No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200. Moving 641,000 equivalent album units, ARIRANG delivered the biggest week for any group in the unit-tracking era. Impressively, 532,000 of those were pure sales, marking the strongest sales performance by a group in over ten years.
