BTS Members Military Salary: Like every healthy male South Korean citizen, BTS members also have contributed their lives to the nation. All seven of them have either fulfilled or currently fulfilling their mandatory national duties at their respective bases and stations. Although they entertain their army with previously shot albums, series or songs, they are completely dedicated to their nation now. While most of them are in the military, Jin was the first one to get discharged. After Jin, Jhope is all set to get discharged from military service this month. So, we have brought you the estimated salaries of the Kpop stars in the military.  

Jin

The eldest member of the group was the first one to get enlisted in the military.  As per reports, he was the highest-earning BTS member in the military. According to a report by Kyung Hyang Shinmun, Jin was paid around 1 million Korean (Approx 775 US dollars).  He was enlisted in December 2022 and was discharged in June 2024 after completing 18 months of service. 

Jhope

The Kpop star was enlisted in the army in April 2023. He will be discharged on October 17, 2024. During his tenure, Jhope was paid 800,000 Korean Won (Approx 620 US dollars). 

Suga

The star works as a public service agent in South Korea. His military service began in September 2023. Suga earns 680, 000 Korean Won (Approx 527 US dollars). 

RM, Jimin, V And Jungkook

The other four BTS members announced their enlistment to the military in November 2024. V and RM began their 5 weeks of basic training on December 11 and Jimin, Jungkook enlisted on December 12, 2024. Till January this year, they earned 600, 000 Korean Won (Approx 462 US dollars). There might be a hike in numbers soon.
