Suga announces his retirement plans: BTS member Suga recently discussed his perspective on retirement. The rapper, who joined BTS at the young age of 17, has been actively engaged in various endeavours since the group's debut. In addition to contributing to BTS' remarkable journey, he has also collaborated with renowned Korean artists like IU and PSY, creating successful songs together. Presently, Suga, also known as Min Yoongi, is occupied with his solo tour.

Earlier this week, Suga concluded his US tour and returned to South Korea, where he held a special meet and greet session called Agust D D-DAY: Movie Night in Seoul, and interacted with a select group of fans. During the event, the rapper was discussing his career, when the topic of retirement came up. Suga candidly shared that he envisions himself working until the age of 60.

As reported by AllKPop, Suga expressed his vision of continuing to perform until his 60s. In response, fans enthusiastically cheered and encouraged him to work until his last moments. Playfully, Suga replied, "Let me rest a little bit before I die though. I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ll be able to even hold a mic at that age!"

According to fan accounts, Suga shared insights from his solo tour and expressed his desire to continue performing on stage for as long as he can. He revealed that during a concert in LA, he had a conversation with Bang PD and other staff members from the company, some of whom have been with him since his trainee days. They reassured him, saying, "'Yoongi-ah, you would do this for a long time.'"

In the meantime, Suga has completed his brief break in South Korea and was seen departing for Jakarta on Wednesday afternoon. The media captured Yoongi at the airport as he headed to the Indonesian capital to commence the Asia leg of his tour. The concert is scheduled to take place on Friday.

Suga is scheduled to perform in Kanagawa, Bangkok and other places.
